On Wednesday 20th September Ark and The UKAA partnered together to deliver an insightful webinar on implementing the Building Safety Act (BSA).
During the live event, Ark’s Senior Director – David Hills shared practical and workable approach to meeting the on-going requirements of the BSA for the recent publication of secondary legislation and new guidance. We focused on the importance of having the right assessments to support compliance and we also considered the need for and contents of a building specific safety management system, safety case report and resident engagement strategies which will need to be prepared from the 1st October.
