First Ark and ARMA Tech Talk of the year: Specifying Software for your Building Safety Management System on the 2nd of February from 2pm - 3pm.
We are excited to share Ark and ARMA will be hosting our first unmissable event of the year titled, ‘Specifying Software for your Building Safety Management System’ on the 2nd of February from 2pm – 3pm for all ARMA members and clients.
The Building Safety Act 2022 now requires Building Owners to implement a ‘Building Safety Management System’ which includes using software to justify to the regulator and deliver safe buildings to residents. Such systems play a pivotal role in the new safety case regime.
Property professionals are now becoming aware of the requirement for a building safety management system however, many are still looking to plan and implement this cost-efficiently and effectively. Industry expert, David Hills – Senior Director at Ark, will cover:
- Who is responsible for the software for managing Building Safety?
- What does an effective Building Safety Management software look like?
- Implementing and integrating a Building Safety Management software system to meet the new standards
- Is my current Health and Safety management software sufficient?
- Tactics to reduce the administrative burden using software
- Can this effect my insurance premiums?
