We are excited to share Ark and ARMA will be hosting our first unmissable event of the year titled, [‘Specifying Software for your Building Safety Management System’](https://membersarea.arma.org.uk/Client/Event/Details/637)on the 2nd of February from 2pm – 3pm for all ARMA members and clients.   The Building Safety Act 2022 now requires Building Owners to implement a ‘Building Safety Management System’ which includes using software to justify to the regulator and deliver safe buildings to residents. Such systems play a pivotal role in the new safety case regime.   Property professionals are now becoming aware of the requirement for a building safety management system however, many are still looking to plan and implement this cost-efficiently and effectively.
