First Ark and ARMA Tech Talk of the year: Specifying Software for your Building Safety Management System on the 2nd of February from 2pm - 3pm.

We are excited to share Ark and ARMA will be hosting our first unmissable event of the year titled, ‘Specifying Software for your Building Safety Management System’ on the 2^nd of February from 2pm – 3pm for all ARMA members and clients.

The Building Safety Act 2022 now requires Building Owners to implement a ‘Building Safety Management System’ which includes using software to justify to the regulator and deliver safe buildings to residents. Such systems play a pivotal role in the new safety case regime.

Property professionals are now becoming aware of the requirement for a building safety management system however, many are still looking to plan and implement this cost-efficiently and effectively. Industry expert, David Hills – Senior Director at Ark, will cover:
