During the live event Ark's Senior Director - David Hills FRICS, FIIRSM, MIFireE, MSFPE, RSP and Ark's Pincipal Consultant, Building Safety Assurance - Jodie Wilson covered the often misunderstood subject of Resident Engagement and how those responsible for building safety can avoid the pitfalls and gain the most from successful and effective Resident Engagement.
The insightful webinar included a real life case study showing how successful resident engagement can be achieved whilst recognising that it takes time and effort.
