ARMA & IRPM Southampton Regional 21st June 2023

We are delighted to share we were invited to join ARMA & IRPM at their annual regional event in Southampton on the 21st June 2023.  

Ark were delighted to support ARMA & IRPM at their inaugural 2023 Regional Conference on the 21st June in Southampton. Ark's Senior Director - Peter Clark, spoke on a panel of experts about a 'Journey through Part 4 of the Building Safety Act 2022', including a technical discussion of the Safety Case Report and Residents Engagement Strategy ahead of the enactment of the Act later this year. 

The workshop included a technical discussion of the Safety Case Report ahead of the enactment of the Act later this year. As thought leaders in the industry Ark spoke of the Safety Case as a 'living system' and that the Safety Case Report will require expertise not only in fire safety, but also in structural safety, a point often overlooked when writing these reports.
