On the 23rd of January 2023, the new Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 will come into force. Ark has outlined the requirements and solutions in our latest guide for Responsible Persons.

On the 23rd January 2023 the Fire Safety (England) Regulations will be implemented across residential buildings in England. This means that you will be required to implement new measures and arrangements across any residential building depending on height.

This will mean that from the 23rd of January as responsible persons, you must ensure inspections are undertaken on a regular basis, that you share essential information with various parties and that you make certain adjustments to how information about your building is posted and made available.
