Hosted by The Property Institute (TPI), the ACE Awards celebrate the best performers and rising stars across the UK’s residential property sector. This year’s ceremony attracted more than 700 industry leaders and took place on Friday 20*th* June at the iconic Old Billingsgate in London. “Winning Outstanding Customer Service is a testament to every Ark colleague who goes the extra mile for our clients; whether that’s responding swiftly to an onsite emergency or proactively identifying compliance gaps before they become issues,” said Peter Clark, Managing Director at Ark. “Being Highly Commended for Health & Safety Partner of the Year on the same night shows that exceptional service and uncompromising technical standards go hand in hand.” **Why the award matters** The Outstanding Customer Service Award recognises organisations that consistently exceed client expectations through responsiveness, expertise and measurable results.
